Delivery

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days and shipped promptly after. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility best equipped to serve your location.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

For international orders, customs and tax fees may apply based on your country’s policies. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are outside our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

My order should have arrived, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  2. Visit your local post office or ask neighbors if the package was left with them.
  3. If the address was correct and the package wasn’t delivered, contact us at [Your Support Email] with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.

If you provided an incorrect address, we can reship your order once the updated address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Please refer to the size charts provided in the product descriptions before ordering.

If you receive a mislabeled item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Lost or Returned Packages

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Address

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or being unclaimed will be donated to charity after 30 days. You will be responsible for reshipping costs if you’d like the item resent.

Exclusions

  • EU Consumers: As per Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made or personalized goods are exempt from withdrawal rights.
