At the heart of Straight from the Horse, created by Archery Room Productions, is our love and respect for our animal cast. With advanced camera equipment and the latest in post-production technology, we’re able to capture the magic of our horses without asking too much of them. Our ranch animals are brimming with personality, and much of our filming involves simply observing their natural behaviors and interactions.
Prioritizing Horse Well-Being
For scenes that require a bit more structure, we always ensure our horses are comfortable and well-rewarded for their time. Off-camera, they lead relaxed lives filled with sunshine, play, and plenty of mutual back-scratching among friends.

With a background in animation, film, equestrian sports, and managing large outdoor projects, Hadley brings a unique perspective to storytelling. Inspired by his love for ’90s cartoons, classic TV shows, and the great outdoors, he aims to craft a fresh, exciting blend of humor, creativity, and nostalgia.
Archery Room Productions thrives on collaboration, working with a talented group of friends—including actors, artists, and creatives—to bring every project to life. This team-driven approach allows us to explore bold ideas, push creative boundaries, and produce content that resonates with audiences. Jeff Palm has been working in the animation industry since 2010. With roles ranging from background painter and designer to art director and visual development artist, Jeff has lent his talents to studios like Warner Bros., Disney, DreamWorks, Netflix, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Brown Bag Films. His versatility shines through in his work, effortlessly moving between flat and graphic styles to painterly and realistic.
